Our Story

The Cascade Avenue Neighborhood Organization was established to preserve the residential characteristics of the neighborhood, improve the quality of life for all residents of the Cascade Avenue area, maintain a diverse community where old and young, black and white and people of all economic levels can live together in harmony and fellowship.
